We aim to dispatch orders within two working days. Your purchases should be with you within 2-5 days of dispatch using standard postage. However, should you wish to utilise a faster delivery service, please select the UK next day service at Checkout. This is charged at £6.99 per order and can be tracked and traced from the parcel leaving our warehouse on all orders placed before 1pm and should be delivered within one working day. Our delivery charges are based on product weight, therefore delivery is based on compound weight of your order. The delivery options with pricings for your order are shown before you place your order. Whilst we will do everything possible to deliver your Products by the date specified, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made after the date specified. Orders dispatched sent by Royal Mail should arrive within 5 working days. However occasionally they may take longer to arrive due to delays within Royal Mail. Please allow 7 days for delivery of all Royal Mail parcels. If 7 days have passed and your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item of any issue requiring the item to be returned. To help you, for Christmas purchases made in advance, we will extend this period to 28 days. In doing so, please provide us with the following details when you contact us:

In the case of a damaged defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible. In accordance with Distant Selling Regulation (2000) please note that customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any products which are to be returned. We respectfully ask that all returns be sent back in the best possible condition, as we would like to resell them. In the case of damaged items where the packaging itself is damaged, please include the damaged packaging with the returned product. Until further notice, the cost of returns are to be borne by the consumer (in future we hope to provide a free Return facility). If the Return is due to an incorrect item being sent, the cost of the return borne by the consumer will be refunded.

In compliance with the Distant Selling Regulation (2000) for online selling, refunds will be given within 30 days of the cancellation. Should a refund request be made, all products must be returned to us.
